What To Expect if We Work Together
I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative effort to work toward achieving your desired goals. Part of my role in this effort is to create an environment that is supportive and nonjudgmental for you to safely explore areas of concern in your life that you deem problematic. Also, I provide an environment that fosters growth by utilizing evidence-based coping skills and strategies to live a purposeful life. I utilize a holistic approach to the therapeutic process to achieve the most optimal level of care. Most commonly, I work from one or more of the following approaches, tailored to best meet your needs and preferences.
- Solution-Focused
- Reality Based
- Cognitive-Behavioral
- Person-Centered
- Interpersonal
