What to Expect if we Work Together
Life can be challenging, but it can also be beautiful. Our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are complex, and one of the most transformative experiences is feeling validated and less alone in navigating them. I am here to guide you through this process, helping you untangle the complexities of life so you can learn to cope with whatever comes your way, even the toughest moments.
I believe that trust, safety, honesty, and humor are essential to a healthy therapeutic relationship. Clients can expect a compassionate, direct, and collaborative experience focused on holistic wellness. From the initial intake assessment to the creation of individualized treatment plans, I aim to provide a supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Through evidence-based interventions and regular therapy sessions, we will work together to navigate challenges and foster growth.
