What to Expect if We Work Together
The therapeutic nature of the counseling/client relationship plays a vital role in the therapeutic process. It is imperative that the nature of the therapeutic relationship is authentic and a brave space. I am not the expert in session, you are. As such, I facilitate conversations about each person’s unique experience. I endeavor to understand your worldview, and allow you to share your narrative. We will work collaboratively in session to support your distinctive needs by utilizing Gestalt and Cognitive Behavioral therapy.
